Definition and Enforcement of Service Level Agreements for Cloud Security Monitoring
Our objective is to allow the cloud provider to offer terms related to security monitoring in its SLAs (security as a service). A client organization should be able to specify its security monitoring requirements in a simple way (vulnerabilities to be monitored) and define in its contract with the cloud provider a trade-off between the security monitoring efficiency and its cost (e.g. performance degradation, shared resource allocation). A cloud provider should then have a service that automatically configures the security monitoring system components under its control and automatically adapts them to the reconfigurations of the virtual infrastructure.
